About Florenza

Florenza was born in Brazil and began taking vocal lessons at the age of 9 after moving to Miami. She recorded her first demo at the age of 11, studied in a performing arts high school, and went off to graduate from Berklee College of Music. She has toured all over the world with superstar Maluma as a background vocalist and main feature on his female duets. She gigs weekly with her top-of-the-line musicians all over Florida, and writes music from her home studio. Her most recent release “Can’t Let You Go” has gotten over a million digital streams. She has sung the National Anthem numerous times for NBA & MLB season games and for the InterMiami CF matches, and continues to tour with other artists and work on her own music. She’s recently signed to Sapphire Records and releasing new music almost monthly. She describes her musical style as “EmoDM” - emotional electronic music with powerful pop vocals. She’s inspired by artists such as Tove Lo, Bebe Rexha, Illenium and Krewella.

Falling in love with the world of electronic music led Florenza taking on DJ’ing. Her musicality, years of ear training and production give her an edge as a DJ, being able to understand and play around with different music, while creating perfect mash-ups and combining different styles. She loves combining house music with top 40, making cool mashups and remixes of many different genres.
